When dealing with new manufacturing and product distribution areas in our furniture transport department, we continue to deliver top quality transport services and other services for domestic and international road and barge freight transportation.

Our distribution centre is located near an inner harbour and a major freeway. The inner harbour is directly connected to the Rotterdam port area and to the inland waterways of Europe.

From the Rotterdam port, we use the waterways for groupage goods transferred in Waalwijk for further transport.

Basis Transport also handles daily direct deliveries of full containers (FCL) from Rotterdam using several modalities – road/rail haulage and barge freight transportation – through partnerships with specialised companies. We also provide the necessary administrative services. This method allows us, as a service provider, to increase flexibility and to improve convenience for the client.
